Malaysians have been complaining about the hot weather that’s reported to last till mid-March and it looks like the sky responded by giving us a 180 change in the weather!

Many Malaysians are sharing photos and videos of the heavy rain that occurred today with an icy surprise after many sighted hailstorm raining down on them!

Photos and videos of Malaysians showing off the ice that was collected after the hailstorm also circulated the internet.

A video of a hailstorm that occurred in Cheras also gained attention with the video showing ice bouncing off the ground.

According to China Press, the video was taken in Taman Damai Jaya when the person filming it realised that it was unusually loud, only to find out that ice was falling all over the place.

Some of the ice were about the size of a 50 cents coin!

“I was very worried it would damage my car’s windscreen,” one reader told China Press.

Many Malaysians are asking others to be careful when heading out when it’s raining because of  the hailstorm.

Others are worried about the weather occurrence with some saying that they found it both amusing and worrying at the same time.
